07-23-1990 VC B WS-MMINUTES OF BUDGET WORKSHOP OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA HELD MONDAY, JULY 23, 1990 Present: V. A. Marks, Mayor Jerry G. Gardner, Vice Mayor Judy M. Pierman, President Pro Tem Al Moore, Councilman Manny Grinn, Councilman Charles R. O'Meilia, Acting Village Manager Shaukat Khan, Finance Director Absent: Dennis R. Kelly, Village Manager Mayor Marks called the Budget Workshop session to order at 7:00 p.m. All members of the Council were present, except the Village Manager, who was out of the country. The Council addressed the proposed budget for Public Services, and the following changes were made: A6018-11300, Part time pay, was changed from $6,552 to $4,500. A6018-34340, Solid Waste Disposal, was changed from $3,200 to $1,700. A6018-34710, Printing-Binding, was changed from $800 to $500. Under Facilities Maintenance, Account 5519, the following changes were made: A5519-11300, Part time pay, was changed from $6,007 to $5,413. Under Sanitation, Account A7020, the following changes were made: A7020-35218, Auto Parts, was changed from $21,000 to $26,400. This account was adjusted to reflect the original request, and $2,200 was added to rebuild additional 3-wheel dumpsters. A7020-66410, Automotive Capital, was reduced from $61,800 to $54,900, $48,000 for one Packer, and $6,900 for one 3-wheel dumpster.
