ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the Workshop Session to order at 10:17 p.m. All
members of Council were present with the exception of Councilman
Moore. All members of staff were present.
BILL NO. 618 - AMENDING THE NPBCC BUDGET FOR FY 1989-90 - AUTOMATED
TEE TIME SYSTEM.
A discussion was held concerning Bill No. 618, a proposed ordinance
amending the NPBCC budget for Fiscal Year 1989-90 to appropriate
funds for an automated tee time system. This Bill will be placed
on the Regular Session agenda of July 12, 1990.
BILL NO. 619 - AMENDING THE NPBCC BUDGET FOR FY 1989-90 - TREE
TRIMMING_
Discussion was held on Bill No. 619, a proposed ordinance amending
the NPB Country Club budget for Fiscal Year 1989-90 to appropriate
funds for tree trimming, and will be placed on the Regular Session
agenda of July 12, 1990.
AUDITOR'S CONTRACT.
A brief discussion was held with Mr. Presas of Presas and Haas,
CPA. This item will be placed on the Regular Session agenda of
July 12, 1990.
CLUB CAR CONTRACT AMENDMENTS.
Without discussion, it was agreed that this item will be placed on
the Regular Session agenda of July 12, 1990.
BUDGET TRANSFER REQUEST - PUBLIC SERVICES - SANITATION AUTO PARTS.
A discussion was held on the transfer of funds from Council
Contingency (A5540-49911) to Public Services Sanitation Division
(A7020-35218) in the amount of $8,900. This item will be placed on
the Regular Session Agenda of July 12, 1990.
POLICY ON COOLERS AT POOLSIDE.
After discussion, it was agreed to place this item on the Regular
Session agenda of July 12, 1990.
HARBOUR POINT MARINA.
With the 11 p.m. curfew approaching, it was agreed to recess the
Workshop meeting until Monday, July 9, 1990, from 5:30 p.m. to 7
p.m., with Harbour Point Marina being the first item of business.
All other items of business on the June 28, 1990 Workshop agenda
will be addressed when the Workshop reconvenes, if time allows.
