ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by President Pro Tem
Pierman. Mayor Marks arrived at 5:35 p.m. Vice Mayor Gardner was
out of the state.
BILL NO. 603 (A) - ADEQUATE PUBLIC FACILITIES. Dr. Tom Kelsey led
the discussion by giving a synopsis of the proposed ordinance, as
well as an outline of a Concurrency Management Program. Following
~' his discussion, revisions were made to the draft of Bill No. 603.
This item will be placed on the regular session of June 14, 1990.
Due to a deadline of 7:00 p.m. , the workshop was recessed until
Tuesday, June 5, 1990, at 5:30 p.m. All remaining items of
business will be addressed at that time.
It was agreed that Council will hold a budget workshop on June 18,
19 and 20 for the Library, the Clerk's Office, Recreation, and
Country Club. Public Safety and Public Services will be addressed
at a budget workshop conducted from July 23, 24, and 25, continuing
on July 28 and 30, if necessary.
The meeting recessed at 7:20 p.m.
