Mayor Marks reconvened the Workshop Session at 5:30 p. m. All
members of the Council and staff were present.
BILL NO. 603 - ADEQUATE PUBLIC FACILITIES (A).
Discussion of this bill was placed as the last item on the agenda.
BILL NO. 604 - COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL HOMES, CHILD CARE FACILITIES,
FAMILY DAY CARE HOMES (B).
Discussion was held concerning Bill No. 604. This item, with
revision, will be placed on the regular session agenda of June 14,
1990.
BILL NO. 605 - LICENSE FEE FOR COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL HQME (C).
Discussion was held concerning Bill No. 605. It was agreed to
condense this Bill to one page and place on the regular session
agenda of June 14, 1990.
BILL NO. 606 - CREATION OF VILLAGE URBAN SERVICE AREA (D).
Discussion was held concerning Bill No. 606. This Bill will be
condensed to one page, if possible, and will be placed on the
regular session agenda of June 14, 1990.
BILL NO. 607 - AMENDING ZONING MAP TO C-OS (E).
Discussion was held concerning Bill No. 607, and will be placed on
the regular session agenda of June 14, 1990.
BILL NO. 608 - C-OS CONSERVATION AND OPEN SPACE ZONING DISTRICT

Discussion was held concerning Bill No. 608 and minor changes were
made. This item will be placed on the regular session agenda of
June 14, 1990.
BILL NO. 609 - XERISCAPE LANDSCAPING PRACTICES (G).
Discussion was held concerning Bill No. 609, and no changes were
made. This item will be placed on the regular session agenda of
June 14, 1990.

BILL NO. 610 - WELLFIELD PROTECTION ORDINANCE (H).
A discussion of Bill No. 610 was held, and changes were made. This
item will be placed on the regular session agenda of June 14, 1990.
President Pro Tem Pierman excused herself from the workshop session
at 6:45 p.m., because of a conflicting appointment.
BILL NO. 611 - SETBACKS, MARINA PUMP-OUTS, MOBILE HOME PARKS (I).
Discussion was held concerning Bill No. 611. After minor changes,
this item will be placed on the regular session agenda of June 14,
1990.
BILL NO. 612 - HISTORIC SITES (J).
A discussion was held concerning Bill No. 612, and will be placed
on the regular session agenda of June 14, 1990.
BILL NO. 613 - COASTAL PROTECTION (L).
Discussion was held concerning Bill No. 613. This bill, with minor
changes, will be condensed to one page and placed on the regular
session agenda of June 14, 1990.
BILL NO. 603 - ADEQUATE PUBLIC FACILITIES (A).
Discussion began on Bill No. 603, but due to the length of the Bill
and the lateness of the hour, it was agreed that this meeting would
recess until Thursday, May 30, 1990 at 5:30 p.m.in the Conference
Room of the Village Hall.
Councilman Grinn placed Bill No. 601 - Subdivision Regulations (K),
which had been completed at the regular workshop session of May 24,
1990, on the agenda at this time for a short discussion. Several
changes were made, and the revised Bill will be placed on the
regular session agenda of June 14, 1990.
