Mayor Marks called the Workshop Session to order at 10:25 p. m.
All members of the Council and staff were present.
BILL NO. 601 - SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS.
Dr. Tom Kelsey submitted the corrected draft of Bill No. 601, a
-' proposed ordinance amending the subdivision regulations. With a
few additional corrections still to be made, this bill will be
placed on the Regular Session agenda of June 14, 1990.
...•.. Due to the 11:00 p.m. curfew, Mr. Moore moved to recess the
Workshop Session until Tuesday, May 29, 1990 at 5:30 p.m. in the
Conference Room of the Village Hall. The motion was seconded by
President Pro Tem Pierman and passed unanimously.
Mayor Marks adjourned the meeting at 11:00 p.m.
