Vice Mayor Jerry Gardner was absent due to illness

Because of the length of this proposed ordinance, discussion and
recommendations of deletions, additions, and changes lasted until
the workshop curfew of 7:00 p.m. This Bill, and the remaining
Bills on the agenda, will be removed from the Regular Session
Agenda of Thursday, May 24, 1990 and will be addressed at the
Workshop Session that follows the Regular Session.
