Mayor Marks called the Workshop Session to order at 10:20 p. m.
All members of the Council and staff were present.
STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC. Mr. Robert Borassa of 336 Golfview
Road asked for a definition of residency requirements. Current
residency requirements will be reviewed and clarification made at
the next workshop meeting on April 26, 1990.
LAKESIDE PARK EROSION GRANT - F.I.N.D. A discussion was led by
Howard Searcy, Village Engineer,~concerning feasible options to
correct erosion at Lakeside Park. The matching grant application
has a May 1 deadline. This will be placed on the regular agenda
for April 26, 1990.
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN COMPLIANCE. Discussion was held concerning
draft stipulations to present to DCA for purposes of obtaining
compliance with state law. A conference call between the Village
and the DCA will be held on April 16th to discuss the stipulations.
This item of business will be put on the regular agenda for April
26, 1990.
Due to the lateness of the hour, it was agreed to move all other
items. on the agenda to the regular session of April 26, 1990.
The meeting adjourned at 11:00 p.m.
