RE: Budget Workshop Minutes - Tuesday, July 16, 1991
DATE: July 17, 1991
~.- The following represents the North Palm Beach Village Council's
workshop session discussing the Public Safety Department budget.
Mayor Gardner convened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. All Council
members were present. In addition, the Village Manager, Finance
Director, Public Safety Director, Police Captain, Police Lieutenant
Clay Walker and PSO Richard Fedak were also present.
The following items were discussed with the following changes:
EXPENDITURES
Police Expenses
1. A5711-34110 - Telephone changed from $10,882 to
$10,282.
2. A5711-34670 - R & M Computer changed from $4,642 to
Hold.
3. New Account - Victim Examination Fee changed from
$0 to $1,500.
4. A5711-35430 - Conference & Seminars changed from
$1,379 to $3,179.
5. A5711-66440 - Audio Visual & Communication
Cellular telephones - change quantity from 2 to 1
and change amount from $450 to $225, plus $60 for

backup battery, for total of $285 (this item was
discussed as part of the repair and maintenance
line item A5711-34110 - Telephone).
Council adjourned at 10:00 p.m. discussing patrol cars under
Account A5711-66410 - Automotive, and we reconvene the next night
at that line item.
This memorandum will represent and serve as the minutes of the
above stated Village Council workshop of the FY 91-92 budget.
