ROLL CALL
Mayor Gardner called the meeting to order at 9:40 p.m. All members
of Council were present. All members of staff were present.
BILL 666 - AMENDING GENERAL FUND BUDGET - SHORTFALL IN STATE SHARED
REVENUES
Discussion was held concerning Bill 666, a proposed ordinance
amending the North Palm Beach General Fund Budget for FY 1990-91 by
decreasing the various state shared revenues budgeted accounts and
~ by decreasing the Council Contingency account due to the shortfall
in estimated receipts of state shared funds.
The Village Manager and Finance Director were directed to find
options other than decreasing Council Contingency and bring those
alternatives back to Council at another workshop.
POTABLE WATER LINES TO WABASH DRIVE
Discussion was held concerning a proposed resolution requesting
Seacoast Utility Authority to construct a potable water line from
Prosperity Farms Road to the properties on Wabash Drive. Since one
property owner has already had lines run to his property and
another resident has changed his mind since the November survey,
the Village Manager and the Director of Public Services were
directed to take a new survey of property owners on Wabash Drive to
get an accurate count of those who are in favor of the construction
and those who are opposed. This should be done in time for the
next workshop on July 11, 1991, along with a new cost analysis.
VACATING UTILITY EASEMENT
Discussion was held concerning a proposed resolution authorizing a
disclaimer to a public utility easement in the Village of North
Palm Beach, Plat of Cromwell Estates. This item was forwarded to

PURCHASING RULES AND REGULATIONS
Discussion began concerning changes to the Village of North Palm
Beach Purchasing Rules and Regulations.
Due to the curfew hour of 11 p.m., the meeting adjourned.
