ROLL CALL
Mayor Gardner called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members
of the Council were present. All members of staff were present,
with the Village Manager arriving at 7:02 p.m.
BILL 657 - ANNEXATION (PROSPERITY HARBOR NORTH)
Discussion was held concerning Bill 657, a proposed ordinance
annexing a certain property to be known as Prosperity Harbor North.
This bill was forwarded to the Regular Session agenda of July 11,
1991.
BILL 658 - ZONING (PROSPERITY HARBOR NORTH)
Discussion was held concerning Bill 658, a proposed ordinance
rezoning a 33.4 acre parcel of land (Prosperity Harbor North) from
Palm Beach County zoning district RS to North Palm Beach zoning
district R-1 single family. This item will. be placed on the
Regular Session agenda of July 11, 1991.
BILL 659 - PUD APPLICATION FOR PROSPERITY HARBOR NORTH
Discussion was held concerning Bill 659, a proposed ordinance
creating a Planned Unit Development known as Prosperity Harbor
North. Bill 659 was forwarded to the Regular Session agenda of
July 11, 1991.
BILL 660 - REZONING FOR PROSPERITY HARBOR SOUTH
Discussion was held concerning Bill 660, a proposed ordinance
rezoning a 63.47 acre parcel of land (Prosperity Harbor South) from
R-1, R-2, and R-3 zoning districts to North Palm Beach zoning
district R-1 single family. This item will be placed on the
Regular Session agenda of July 11, 1991.
