ROLL CALL
Mayor Gardner called the meeting to order at 10:25 p.m. All
members of Council were present except Councilman Kelsey, who was
temporarily excused. All members of staff were present.
LINPRO DEVELOPMENTS - PROSPERITY HARBOR NORTH AND PROSPERITY HARBOR
~ SOUTH
On behalf of Linpro Florida, Inc., a slide presentation of patio
homes was given by Susan Kozawa of CYP, Inc.
Councilman Kelsey arrived at the meeting at 10:35 p.m.
Due to the lateness of the hour and the anticipated length of
discussion regarding the Linpro developments, the Mayor called a
Special Workshop for Tuesday, June 18, 1991, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
to address Bills 657 - 660.
ONE-STOP PERMITTING
Discussion was held concerning a proposed resolution endorsing the
concept of a "One-Stop Permit" program for motion picture and
television production within the Village of North Palm Beach. This
item was moved to the Regular Session agenda of June 27, 1991.
BID AWARD - 20-YD PACKER BODY
This item was forwarded to the Regular Session agenda of June 27,
1991.
