Mayor Gardner called the meeting to order at 9:30 p.m. All members of Council were present. All members of the staff were present ~ except the Village Manager, who was out of the country, and the Village Attorney, who was out of the state. C. R. O'Meilia was present as Acting Village Manager, and William Brant was present as Acting Village Attorney. BILL 663 - AMENDING COUNTRY CLUB ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD PURCHASING PROCEDURES Discussion was held concerning Bill 663, a proposed ordinance amending purchasing procedures for the North Palm Beach Country Club Administrative Board. Bill 663, with revisions, will be placed on the Regular Session agenda of June 13, 1991. BILL 664 - ADOPTING NEW CODE OF ORDINANCES Discussion was held concerning Bill 664, a proposed ordinance adopting and enacting a new Code of ordinances for the Village of North Palm Beach. This item was forwarded to the Regular Session agenda of June 13, 1991. INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT - DRAINAGE Discussion was held concerning a proposed Interlocal Agreement with the Northern Palm Beach County Water Control District as a ,,,_,, coapplicant for the required United States Environmental Protection Agency's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program.
