ROLL CALL
Mayor Gardner called the meeting to order at 10:30 p.m. All
members of Council and Staff were present.
BILL 653 - POLICE AND FIRE PENSION
Discussion was held concerning Bill 653, a proposed ordinance
updating the Police and Fire Pension Plan. This item will be
placed on a future workshop, after more details are received.
Councilman Grinn requested that a financial analysis be submitted.
The Mayor directed the Village Manager to present his comments in
writing to the Council regarding the proposed ordinance, prior to
it being placed on a future workshop.
BILL 654 - ELECTRIC CODE
Discussion was held concerning Bill 654, a proposed ordinance
adopting the National Electric Code, 1990 Edition, and the Palm
Beach Countywide amendments thereto, and the model Countywide
Administrative Code, dated 10/17/90, 1988 Edition, for the
Building, Electric, Gas, Mechanical and Plumbing Codes. This item
will be placed on the Regular Session Agenda for May 9, 1991.
BILL 655 - PLUMBING CODE
A discussion was held concerning Bill 655, a proposed ordinance
adopting an amendment to the Standard Plumbing Code, 1988 Edition.

BILL 656 - HAZARDOUS WASTE
A discussion was held concerning Bill 656, a proposed ordinance
relating to fire prevention and protection, and providing for

forwarded to the Regular Session Agenda of May 9, 1991.
Having reached the curfew hour of 11:00 p.m., the meeting
