ROLL CALL
Mayor Gardner called the Workshop Session to order at 10:20 p.m.
All members of Council and staff were present.
BILL 651 - AMENDING SEC. 2-174 OF CODE
Discussion was held concerning Bill 651, a proposed ordinance
~„~ amending Section 2-174 of the Village Code of Ordinances, lifting
restriction of terms served by members of the Code Enforcement
Board. This item was forwarded to the Regular Session agenda of
April 11, 1991.
SUBSTATION NORTH OF PARKER BRIDGE
Discussion was held concerning alternatives to leasing/purchasing
Carolinda property or other properties and associated remodeling
costs to establish a north-end Public Safety substation.
Negotiations will continue on this issue between Seacoast Utilities
and the Village.
PURCHASING REGULATIONS
Discussion began concerning changes to the Purchasing Regulations.
This item will continue as Item 6.a on the Workshop Session agenda
of April 11, 1991.
Due to the 11:00 p.m. curfew, the meeting adjourned.
