called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. All members
were present except Councilman Moore. All members of
present.
SANCTUARY COVE APPLICATION
Discussion was held concerning the application for rezoning,
platting and Comprehensive Plan amendment. This application will
be placed on the Regular Session agenda of February 14, 1991
provided all data requested by Council is received by February 7,
1991.
SANCTUARY BAY PUD APPLICATION
Discussion was held concerning an the Sanctuary Bay Planned Unit
Development application. Since changes had been made in the
presentation, this item must go back to the Planning Commission on
February 5th for approval and recommendation. Upon approval by the
Planning Commission and submission of data to the Council by
February 7, 1991, this item will be placed on the Regular Session
agenda of February 14, 1991.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
