ROLL CALL
Mayor Pierman called the meeting to order at 10:16 p.m. All
members of Council were present. All members of staff were
present.
RESERVE ACCOUNT FOR TWIN CITY MALL PROJECT
.•~ Discussion was held concerning the establishment of a Reserve
account for the Twin City Mall project and allocating funds from
1991-92 Fiscal Year General Fund Budget to said Reserve. This item
was forwarded to the Regular Session agenda of September 24, 1992.
LAKESIDE PARK EROSION CONTROL PROJECT
Discussion was held concerning the establishment of a Reserve
account for Lakeside Park Erosion Control project and allocating
funds from 1991-92 Fiscal Year General Fund Budget to said Reserve.
This item will be placed on the Regular Session agenda of September
24, 1992.
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992-93
Discussion took place concerning the proposed holiday schedule for
Village employees for Fiscal Year 1992-93. This item will be
placed on the Regular Session agenda of September 24, 1992.
EMPLOYEES' GROUP HEALTH PLAN
Discussion was held concerning the revised group health insurance
plan incorporating prospective changes in benefits as determined by
adoption of the 1992-93 budget. This item was forwarded to the
,~ Regular Session agenda of September 24, 1992.
BANKING SERVICES PROPOSAL
Discussion took place concerning awarding banking services contract
based on proposals submitted. The consensus of Council was to

forward the proposal received from Barnett Bank to the Regular
Session agenda of September 24, 1992.
REZONING OF LITTLE MUNYON ISLAND
Discussion was-held concerning the recommendation of the Planning
Commission to change the zoning of Little Munyon Island from C-1A
Commercial District to C-OS, Conservation and Open Space District.
This item will be placed on the Regular Session agenda of September
24, 1992. The Village Manager was directed to report on the
environmental value of Little Munyon Island at the next Regular
Session.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting adjourned at 10:55 p.m.
