VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD THURSDAY, AUGUST 27, 1992

Gail H. Vastola, Councilman
Mayor Pierman called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. All members
of Council were present except Vice Mayor Kelsey, who arrived at
6:55 p.m., and Councilman Vastola, who arrived at 6:57 p.m.
The purpose of the special workshop was to evaluate the performance
of the Village Manager, as required by Section 7 of the employment
agreement between the Village and Dennis Kelly.
..-• Discussion took place concerning accomplished goals for the 1991-92
Fiscal Year, as well as unfinished or on-going projects.
The Council was pleased with Mr. Kelly's overall performance. Some
issues that the Council asked to be addressed were as follows:
1. Administration of Country Club
2. Defining a set emergency procedure
3. Coordination of personnel vacations in administrative
offices
The Manager was asked to continue his weekly Activities Report.
The Council recommended a salary increase consistent with other
employees.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting adjourned at approximately 7:13 p.m.
