ROLL CALL
Mayor Aubrey called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members of Council were present. All
members of staff were present,except the Village Attorney
PLANNING COMMISSION APPLICANT INTERVIEWS
The purpose of the meeting was to interview applicants and appoint a member to the Planning Commission.
A motion was made by President Pro Tern Manuel, seconded by Vice Mayor Norris, and unanimously
passed to move 1st alternate Donald Solodar to the vacant regular position and to move 2nd alternate
Susan Bickel to the 1st alternate position.
The following persons were present for interviews with the Village Council:
Brenda Hyland David Lowe Amanda McNally Bruce Mills
John Samadi Benjamin Schreier Robert Silvani Norman Thomas
By written ballot, the original of which is attached to the minutes of record, the Council appointed
Benjamin Schreier as the 2nd alternate member of the Planning Commission. Thereafter, Mr. Schreier's
name was entered into Resolution 2011-43.
RESOLUTION 2011-43—APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Norris, seconded by Councilman Hernacki and passed
unanimously, to adopt Resolution 2011-43 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
