2011-42 Budget Amendment - Capital Projects Fund RESOLUTION 2011-42
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
• NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO EXECUTE A BUDGET AMENDMENT
FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRANSFERRING UNUSED CAPITAL EXPENDITURE
MONEY TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND FOR USE DURING THE
2011-12 FISCAL YEAR; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Village Council seeks to set aside the funding for an approved capital project
item included in the budget for Fiscal Year 2010-11, for which a purchase order was not issued
by September 30, 2011, through a transfer into the Village Capital Projects Fund to allow use of
such funding during the 2011-12 Fiscal Year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recital is ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby
approve the budgemendment for transfer of capital expenditures listed below:

Section 3. The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
budget amendment for and on behalf of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to
the extent of such conflict.
Section 5. This resolution shall be effective retroactive to September 30, 2011.
