This memorandum serves as the minutes of the Budget Workshop Session of the Village
Council, Village of North Palm Beach, for Tuesday, June 29, 1993. Vice Mayor Vastola
convened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. All Council members except Mayor V. A. Marks were
present, as were all members of the Country Club Administrative Board. Also present were
Village Manager, Finance Director, Golf Course Maintenance Superintendent, Business
Office Manager and other staff personnel. Mayor V. A. Marks arrived at approximately 7:10
p.m.
Based on consensus, the Village Council made the following changes:

Business Office Manager Sheila Dewberry is to report back the number of copies per month
by the Country Club Administrative Office, plus provide written description of additional
duties justifying part-time pay.
Staff is to generate the electrical use summary report from Public Services Director Charles
O'Meilia to verify and confirm the electric cost for various Country Club operations.
~` Finance Director Shaukat Khan is to develop a detail summary on the percentage
assumption applied to the administrative cost from the Country Club to the General Fund.
Meeting adjourned at approximately 9:10 p.m. in order to reconvene to Executive Session.
