ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the meeting to order at 9:25 p.m. All members
of Council were present. All members of staff were present.
STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
Niels Petersen, 2615 Wabash Drive, addressed the Council regarding
the high weeds in the Swale at Wabash Drive. The Village Manager
was directed to follow up on Mr. Petersen's complaint, and to find
out what maintenance schedule has been established for the Swale in
the Wabash Drive area.
BUDGET TRANSFER FOR LABOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
Discussion was held concerning a budget transfer request in the
amount of $14,000 from A5540-49911 (Council Contingency) to A5105-
33113 (Labor Services) for the purpose of funding recently adopted
contract and Special Master Impasse Hearing cost incurred primarily
in November and December of 1992. This item was forwarded to the
Regular Session agenda of May 13, 1993.
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT - TWIN CITY MALL TASK FORCE
Discussion was held concerning the recommendation of the Twin City
Mall Task Force for an Interlocal Agreement between the Village of
North Palm Beach and the Town of Lake Park to revise Land use
Plans, Zoning Codes, and Comprehensive Plan in both municipalities.
This item will be placed on the Regular Session agenda of May 13,
1993.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
