ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the meeting to order at 9:00 p.m. All members
of Council were present except Councilman Valente, who was ill.

BUDGET TRANSFER FOR CLUB MANAGER'S OFFICE AND MEMBERSHIP DUES
Discussion was held concerning a budget transfer recommended by the
Country Club Administrative Board in the amount of $4,200.00 from
L8070-49915 (Reserve-COLA) to L8056-66430 (Furniture & Fixtures)
and L8056-66210 {Construction & Renovation) for the purpose of
remodelling and furnishing the existing Country Club Administrative
office for the Country Club Manager; and $500.00 from L8070-49915
(Reserve-COLA) to L8056-35420 {Membership/Dues). This item will be
placed on the Regular Session agenda of April 22, 1993.
COUNCIL GOAL-SETTING
Discussion was held concerning establishing schedules for annual
goal-setting sessions, vacations, and budget sessions. The Council
will hold the goal-setting session on April 22, 1993, with an
additional meeting, if needed, to be announced. Budget sessions
were tentatively scheduled to begin on June 28, 1993, through July
16, 1993, and the week of July 19th, if necessary.
BUDGET AMENDMENT - SALARY ADJUSTMENT
„_, Discussion took place concerning a budget amendment for salary
adjustments for administrative secretaries positions, as
recommended by the Grievance Committee. Consensus of Council was
to consider a 3o increase for the non-union administrative
secretary, retroactive to the date the grievance was filed, and to

study the Village salary structure at budget time. This item was
forwarded to the Regular Session agenda of April 22, 1993.
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting
adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
