Kelly, Village Clerk ROLL CALL Mayor Pierman called the meeting to order at 9:50 p.m. All members of Council were present. All members of staff were present. BILL 707 - AMENDING COUNTRY CLUB ADMINISTRATION BOARD Bill 707, a proposed ordinance amending Section 9-21 (Duties) and 9-22 (Village Manager) of Article II, of Chapter 9 of the Code of Ordinances, was postponed until February 11, 1993 Workshop. BILL 692 (ORD. 1-93) AMENDMENT 92-1 - COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Discussion was held concerning Bill 692, a proposed ordinance adopting Amendment 92-1 to the Comprehensive Plan for the Village of North Palm Beach. Scheduling of Public Hearing and second reading will be made at the Regular Session of February 11, 1993. BILL 693 - (ORD. 2-93) AMENDMENT 92-2 - COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Discussion was held concerning Bill 693, a proposed ordinance adopting Amendment 92-2 to the Comprehensive Plan for the Village of North Palm Beach. Scheduling of Public Hearing and second reading will be made at the Regular Session of February 11, 1993. BID AWARD FOR EKG MONITOR/DEFIBRILLATOR/PACER Discussion was held concerning award of bid to Physio-Control Corporation in the amount of $8,664.65, from A6416-66490 (Machinery & Equipment) for the purchase of an EKG Monitor/ Defibrillator/Pacer. This will be placed on the February 11th Regular Session agenda. GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE - GREENSMOWER PURCHASE Discussion took place concerning the reallocating of $24,000 already budgeted for lightweight fairway unit (L8045-66490 - Machinery & Equipment) for Triplex Greensmower and Seven Gang Rough Minutes of Workshop Session Held Thursday, January 28, 1993 Unit (per recommendation of CCAB meeting of 1/18/93). This was forwarded to the Regular Session agenda of February 11, 1993. SERVICE CHARGES FOR FALSE ALARMS Discussion was held concerning services charges for false alarms at single family and multi-family dwellings, and businesses in the Village of North Palm Beach, as presently determined in the Code of Ordinances. The staff was directed to review the Code and prepare a status report at the Workshop Session of February 11, 1993. SIGN APPEAL BY PHOENIX VIDEO Discussion was held concerning Phoenix Video's appeal of the Planning Commission's decision regarding a face change to a wall and pole sign.
