it was conseas~as of the Council to advertise a tentative millage rate of 5.25 mills. The draft
budget, as finalized by the Village Council, has a millage rate of 5.10 mills incorporated.
The first public hearing on the draft budget is scheduled for Thursday, September 14, 1995 and
the second public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, September 28, 1995.
There being no further business to come before the Village Council, their budget workshop
adjourned at 10:00 p.m. with said workshop representing their fmal workshop in preparation of
the budget. As of adjournment, no other workshops are scheduled until the public hearings i
September.
