ROLL CALL
Mayor Valente called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members of Council were
present. Village Manager Dennis Kelly was present.
VILLAGE MANAGER EVALUATION
The Village Council evaluated Village Manager Dennis Kelly's performance for the Fiscal
Year 1994/95, as required by Mr. Kelly's contract.
SALARY ADJUSTMENTS FOR VILLAGE MANAGER AND VILLAGE CLERK
By consensus, the Village Council agreed to raise the Village Manager's salary to
$70,000, and the Village Clerk's salary to $37,500.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at
7:25 p.m.
