ROLL CALL
Mayor Vastola called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. All members of Council were
present. Village Manager Dennis Kelly was present, and Deputy Clerk Melissa Teal was
present.
VILLAGE CLERK EVALUATION
~`"~' Discussion was held concerning the completed evaluations of the Village Clerk, with the
Council determining a 3% merit raise for the Clerk.
VILLAGE MANAGER EVALUATION
Discussion was held by the Council and the Village Manager concerning the completed
evaluations of the Village Manager, with the Council determining a 3% merit raise for the
Manager.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
