FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
CODE BY ADOPTING CHAPTER 40E-21 OF THE FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE
CODE, AS SAME MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AS THE WATER
SHORTAGE PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 19-202'(&)of the Village of North
Palm IIeach Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Chapter 40E-21, Florida Administrative Code, as same
may be amended from time to time, is incorporated herein by
reference as part of the Village of North Palm Beach Code, and
shall be the water shortage plan of the Village of North Palm
Beach, which shall be implemented whenever a water shortage
emergency is declared by the South Florida Water Management
District in accordance with its terms.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
