01-24-1980 VC WS-MMINUTES OF WORKSHOP SESSION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA HELD THURSDAY, JANUARY 24, 1980 Present: W. H. Brown, Mayor Donald J. Kazimir, Vice Mayor Patsy B. Love, President Pro Tem Dr. V. A. Marks, Councilman Al Moore, Councilman Paul J. Nicoletti, Village Manager Herbert L. Gildan, Village Attorney Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk Cheryl S. Collins, Deputy Village Clerk Mayor Brown called the Workshop Session to order at 10:00 p.m. All members of the Council and Staff were present. An agreement between the Village and First American Bank regarding the bill collection procedures at NPBCC will be placed on the next Regular Session agenda 2-14-80. Mr. Thomas R. Boyle, 100 Wettaw Lane, was appointed the representative from the Village to the Palm Beach County Complete Count Committee. In the matter of tennis teams who play under the name of North Falm Beaeh, this remains an internal situation between the tennis pro and those individuals who take lessons and play at the NPBCC facilities. A proposed resolution concerning a Vehicle Inspection Station in Palm Beach Gardens was rejected by Council.
