APRIL 14, 1959

C. Robert Burns, Village Attorney
Mayor White called the meeting to order and requested the Clerk call the roll.
Mayor White requested the Clerk read the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council held March 10, 1959• On motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Councilman Cunningham,
all members voting aye, the minutes were approved as read.
Mayor White requested the Clerk read the minutes of a special meeting of Council
held March 18, 1959• On motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Councilman Cunningham, all
members voting aye, the minutes were approved as read.
On motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Vice-Mayor Thomas, all members voting aye,
the following report of the Treasurer was approved:

aye, proposed Resolution #60 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BANK
ACCOUNT FOR SAID VILLAGE.
was adopted.
On motion of Vice-Mayor Thomas, seconded by Councilman Ross, all members voting
aye, proposed Resolution X61 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILi~AGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NQ2TH PALM BEACH,
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND Vrr.r.ar,F: CLERK TO
SIGN AN AGREE(~NT WITH FLORIDA POWER & LIGBT COMPANY.
was adopted.
On motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Councilman Cunningham, a71 members voting
aye, the list of accounts payable was approved for payment.
On motion of Councilman Cunningham, seconded by Vice-Mayor Thomas, all members voting
aye, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
