CLUB ON JANUARY 13, 1959

Mayor Ross called the meeting to order and requested the Clerk caL1 the roll.
Mayor Ross requested the Clerk read the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
• Council held December 23, 1958. On motion of Councilman Schwencke, seconded by Councilman Ross,
all members voting aye, the minutes were approved as read.
On motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Vice-Mayor White, all members voting aye,
the following report of the Village Treasurer was approved:

FLORIDA, PRESCRIBING THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR ELECTIONS: PROVIDING FOR
THE REGISTRATION OF ELECTORS; PRESCRIBING THE METHOD OF HOLDING ELECTIONS
AND ASCERTAINING THE RESULTS THEREOF; PROVIDIlVG FOR ARS~nmm`~ VOTING; PRE-
SCRIBING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE HOLDING OF PRIMARY, GFmrF~uar., AND
SPECIAL ELECTIONS IN SAID TOWN; DEFINING CERTAIN OFFENSES AGAINST THE

On motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Councilman Schwencke, aZl members
voting aye, the list of accounts payable was approved for payment.
There being no further business to cane 'before the Council, on motion of
Councilman Ross, seconded by Councilman Schwencke, all members voting aye, the meeting
was adjourned at 9:20 p.m. to meet at 8:00 p.m. February 10, 1959•'
