HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL COUNCIL CHAMBER
DECEMBER 30, 1957, AT 3:00 P. M.

At the call of Mayor Richard E. Ross a special meeting o£ the Village
Council was held on December 30, 1957, at 3:00 o~clock P.M. in the Village Aall
Council Chamber for the purpose of:
Considering a resolution of the Village Council authorizing
the acceptance of a deed and for other purposes.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Ross.
On motion of Councilman Schwencke, seconded by Vices-Mayor White, all
members voting aye, a proposed resolution entitled
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES
was read in full by the Village Clerk. Thereafter there was a full discussion o£
the provisions o£ said proposed resolution,
On motion of Councilman Schwencke, seconded by Councilman Ross, all members
voting aye, the proposed resolution was adopted as read, "
There being no Further business to come before the Council, the meeting
was adjourned at 3:45 p.m. on motion of Vice-Mayor White, seconded by Councilman
Schwencke all members voting aye.
