FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 19-84, the Budget Ordinance of the
Village of North Palm Beach, is hereby amended by appropriating prior year's
unappropriated surplus as follows:
General Fund
Increase Revenue
Appropriated Fund Balance Community Center
Account No. 10-389-000-00110 $20,000

Transfer to Capital Improvement Construction
Fund Community Center
Account No. 10-561-052-49134 $20,000
Capital Improvements Construction-Fund

Transfer from General Fund

Increase Approprtations
Short Term Loan for Community Center
Account No. 31-581-888-66214 $20,000
Section 2. Said $20,000.00 is to be repaid to the General Fund
when the Court Award is received from Cox & Palmer Construction Company.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
