AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACKNOWLEDGING CONFLICTS BETWEEN THE FIRE CODE OF THE VILLAGE
NORTH PALM BEACH AND THE FIRE CODE ADOPTED IN PALM BEACH COUNTY
ORDINANCE NO. 84-3, AND DECLINING TO ADOPT PROVISIONS OF SAID
COUNTY ORDINANCE
Section 1. -Palm Beach County Ordinance No. 89-3, which
adopts the "Palm Beach County Fire Code" or "Uniform Fire
Code," provides in Section 3 thereof, that said. Ordinance is to
be •in effect throughout all of Palm Beach County, Florida,
including the incorporated areas thereof as of October 1,
1984. The provisions of the Fire Code adopted in Palm Beach
County Ordinance No. 84-3 expressly and impliedly conflict with
the Fire Code previously adopted by the Village of North Palm
Beach. The health and safety of the citizens of the Village of
North Palm Beach are adequately protected under the Fire Code
previously adopted by the Village Council presently in effect
' within the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 2. Palm Beach County Ordinance No. 83-4 is not
effective within the municipal limits of the Village of North
Palm Beach.
