cation,be denied.
Mayor Privett directed the Clerk to note in the minutes PUBLIC HEARING
of this meeting that a Public Hearing was held on this HELD ON DREDGE
dredge and fill permit on January 31, 1972, after & FILL PERMIT
notification was mailed to all Village residents in a
Special Newsletter dated January 14, 1972.
On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by Councilman PURCHASE OF
Martin, all present voting aye, that the purchase of BLACK OLIVE
300 Black Olive trees, three to four feet in height, TREES APPROVED
from Kelsey City Landscaping, for a total sum not to
exceed $900.00, be approved based on the fact that
this was the only quote the Village Manager was able
to obtain, after making a reasonable effort to ob-
fain other quotes.
On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by Council- VILLAGE &

DWELLING STRUCTURES TO HAVE THE SAME YARD SPACE
REGULATIONS AS IS REQUIRED IN ZONING DISTRICT
R-1 AND R-3, RESPECTIVELY
