Ordinance 1984-008 Rezoning 1831 McLaren Road from R-1 to C-1ORDINANCE NO. 8 - 1984 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 47-15 OF THE ZONING CODE TO PROVIDE FOR THE REZONING OF PROPERTY AT 1831 McLAREN ROAD FROM R-1 ZONING DISTRICT TO C-1 ZONING DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the Village Councii, as the governing body of ' the Village of North .Palm Beach, pursuant to the authority vested in it by law, is authorized and empowered to consider petitions relating to zoning; and WHEREAS, the notice and hearing requirements as provided for in the Zoning Code of the Village of North Palm Beach have been satisfied; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. That Section 45-17 of the Zoning Code is hereby amended to rezone the property at 1831 McLaren Road, which property is more particularly described below, from R-1 Zoning District to C-1 Zoning District. Said property is more ' particularly described as: 4-92T-43-R Gov. Lot 8 sub P.B. 18 Page 9 south 172.53 ft. of west 100 ft. of Lot 9 4-42T-43-R Gov. Lot 8 sub PB 18 Page 4 south 112.41 ft. of west 50 ft. of easterly 390 ft. of Lot 4. Section 2. That the rezoning of the property described in Section 1 above be designated on the official zoning Map by hatching, or other appropriate measures as set forth in Section 45-17 of the Zoning Code.
