COMMERCIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION – OLD PORT COVE SOUTH

Discussion concerning an application filed by Old Port Cove Holdings, Inc. and Old Port
Equities, Inc., property owners, for a Commercial Planned Unit Development (CPUD) to be known
as “Old Port Cove South Marina” on approximately 2.28 acres of real property located at
112 Lakeshore Drive and 116 Lakeshore Drive.
