ORDINANCE N0. 4-84
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VttTAf:F. OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLARID~A ADOPTING AN
ANT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE VIIIAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE IACAL OOVERt~NT OOPIPREI-IENSIVE
PLANNING ALT OF 1975 (CHAPTER 163, FLORiTIA STAT(1TFS) .
BE IT ORDAINID BY THE VIIIAGE OOUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the Local Gover~nralt Comprehensive Planning
Act of 1975, the Village Cotmcil hereby adopts an amendment to the Compre-
pensive Plan for the Village of North Palm Beach, a copy of which is
attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit A and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause the official
Land Use Plan map of the Village to be amended by entering the change set
forth above on the official Land Use Plan map through.crosshatching or other
appropriate means,~including redraft by an engineer, if necessary. The
Mayor and Village Clerk are further directed to sign an entry on the official
Land Use Plan map as follows: "On the 23rd day of February ,1984
by official action of the Village Cotmcil, the following changes were made in
the official Land Use Plan map: Changes per Ordinance 4-84 ~~
Section 3. 'Ihi.s Ordinance shall take effect itmiediately upon passaPe
