ROLL CALL
Mayor Norris called the meeting to order at 10:56 p.m. All members of Council were
present. All members of staff were present.
BUDGET AMENDMENT -CAPITAL PROJECT FUND
tir... Brief discussion was held concerning a budget amendment to appropriate funds for 1998-
99 bank loan payments of the Capital Project loan. This item will be placed on the
Special Session agenda for November 18, 1998.
ADJOURNMENT
All remaining items of the Workshop Agenda will be discussed at a Special Workshop to
be held on November 18, 1998 immediately following the Special Session.
Having reached the 11 p.m. curfew, the meeting adjourned.
