Section 2-146 of the Village of North Palm Beach i Code is hereby amended by amending the definition of "Final Average j Earnings" set forth in said Section to read as follows: Section 2-146. Final Average Earnixt~s tmem~s the arithmetic average of the twelve months earnings for the highest sixty (60) months of the one j hundred twenty (120) consecutive months of service immediately preceding the retirement or terniination of a member. ~i ' ~ Section 2.
