George W. Baldwin, Village Manager
Mayor Eissey called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. All members of Council were
present. All members of staff were present except Village Attorney George Baldwin.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Discussion was held concerning the Village Council's Goals and Objectives. By
consensus, the Council agreed on the following goals:
Ensure quality of life in the Village
Improve the utilization and operation of the Country Club for the benefit of all
Village residents
Enhance the spirit and participation of our community
Improve the overall appearance of the Village
Improve the operation and effectiveness of Village departments
Each Councilman will submit five defined objectives to be used in working toward each
of the five goals, which will be summarized and listed as the Council's objectives.
Councilman O'Meilia submitted a listing of established Council policies, requesting that
this be reviewed by the Council and placed on an upcoming Council workshop.
