ROLL CALL
Mayor Eissey called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. All members of Council were present
except Councilman Norris, who arrived at 5:37 p.m. Village Manager Dennis Kelly and Village
Clerk Kathleen Kelly were present.
EMPLOYEE EVALUATIONS
The Village Council reviewed the performance evaluations of the Village Clerk and the Village
Manager.
Discussion was held concerning various sections of the Village Manager's evaluation. It was
agreed by consensus to incorporate into the 1999-2000 budget a performance raise of 2.8% and
2.2% COLA for the Village Clerk and 2% performance raise and 2.2% COLA raise for the
Village Manager.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
