BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM

$ Section 1. The owner of the following described real
N property located in the unincorporated area of Palm Beach
County, which is contiguous to the Village of North Palm Beach
and reasonably compact, has petitioned the Village Council of
North Palm Beach that said property be annexed to the
municipality, to-wit:
A parcel of land situate in Section 8, Township
42 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
' The. East One-Half (E 1/2) of the Northwest
Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW
1/9) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said
Section 8.
Containing 5.152 acres, more'or.lesa.
A copy of the Voluntary Annexation Petition is attached to this
Ordinance as Exhibit "1" thereto.
Section 2. The Village Council has determined that
the Petition bears the signature of all the owners of the
property in the area proposed to be annexed, and, accordingly,
the property described in Section 1 above be, and the same is
hereby, annexed to the Village of North Palm Beach, and the
boundary lines of the Village of North Palm Beach are hereby
redefined to include said property as described above.
