AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE, THE
BUILDING CODE FOR THE VILLAGE, BY ADOPTING THERETO AN AMENDMENT
TO SECTION 6-17, SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES, CHARGES AND EXPENSES.
' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 6-17 of the Village of North Palm
Beach Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 6-17. AMENDMENTS CORRECTIONS AND ADDITIONS --

to the recommended amendments of the Palm Beach County
Building Code Advisory Board are hereby made and
adopted, said amendments, corrections and additions
being set forth herein with reference to and prefaced
by the section number and title of said amendments, as
follows:
Sec. 107.4 - Schedule of Permit Fees. Delete the
existing first paragraph and substitute the following:
On all buildings, structures or alterations
requiring a building permit as set forth in
' Section 107, fee shall be paid as required
at the time of filing application in accordance
with the following schedule of total valuation
of the structure. Total valuation may be
established by submission of a signed, notarized
contract.
