Ordinance 1982-012 Amendment to Comp Plan' ~~ ORDINANCE N0.12-82 ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA IVE PLANNING ACT OF 1975 (CHAPTER 163, FLORIDA STATUTES). FLORIDA: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH Rcntinn 1 Pursuant to the Local Government Comprehen- sive Planning Act of 1975, the Village Council hereby adopts an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan for the Village of Nooth Palm Beach, a copy of which is attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit A and by reference made a part hereof. Section 2, The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause the official Land Use Plan map of the Village to be amended by entering the change set forth above on the official Lane Use Plan map through crosshatching or other appropriate means, including redraft by an engineer, if necessary. The Mayor and Village Clerk are further directed to sign an entry on the official Land Use Plan map as follows: "On the 12th day of August 1982 by official action of the Village Council, the following changes were made in the official Land Use Plan map: Changes per Ordinance Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage. PLACED ON FIRST PUBLIC HEARING THIS 22nd DAX OF JULY, 1982. PLACED ON SECOND PUBLIC HEARING THIS 12th DAX OF AUGUST, 1982.
