AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 10-81, THE BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR
1981-1982.
' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH FLORIDA:
Section 1. That for the fiscal year ending September 30,
1982, proceeds in the Delacorte Construction Fund are hereby set
forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto entitled "Village of North
Palm Beach Delacorte Construction Fund", 1981-1982, and by
reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. That for the fiscal year ending September 30,
1982, the appropriations for the Village of North Palm Beach are
hereby set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto as "Village of
North Palm Beach Delacorte Construction Fund", 1981-1982, and by
reference made a part hereof.
' Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
