RESOLUTION 2011-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 2011-16 TO
REFLECT THE CORRECT TERM OF THE RESIDENT MEMBER OF THE
POLICE AND FIRE PENSION BOARD; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, through the adoption of Resolution 2011-16, the Village Council appointed members to
Village boards and committees; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 2011-16 incorrectly indicated that the Village Council's appointment of a
resident member to the Police and Fire Pension Board was for a term of two years when the
ordinance provides for a term of four years; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to correct the term of the resident member of the Police and
Fire Pension Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing whereas recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby amends Resolution 2011-16 to reflect that the term of
Robert DiGloria's appointment to the Police and Fire Pension Board shall expire on Apri130, 2015.
Section 3. All other parts of Resolution 2011-16, to the extent not expressly modified herein,
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26th DAY OF MAY, 2011.
