EXEMPTING FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE OODE PROHIBITING CHANGEABLE COPY PANELS

BE IT ORDAIN® BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF i70RTH PALM BFACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 6-119(b)(4) of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(b) The following signs are probhibited in all zoning districts:
4. Changeable copy panels. (Exception: Sig} for public,
charitable, religious institutions and all changeable copy panels
permitted and in existence prior to May 22, 1980."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect itmiediately upon passage.
