CHAPTER 20 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE, BY REG[A.ATING THE HOURS
DURING WHICH PUBLIC PARKS AND RECREATION FACILITIES SHALL BE OPIN 7d THE PUBLIC.
BE IT ORDAINID BY THE VIIdAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FL,ORIIlA:
Section 1, That Section 20-1 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 20-1. Usp by~Public Onl Hours Re ates:
The use o e tic ar an recreation acs sties of the
Village shall be limited for use by the public only between
the hours of 7:00 A. M. and one-half hour after sunset each
day; provided, however, that lighted areas for activities
authorized by the Recreation Department shall remain open
for use until 11:00 P. M. Any use of such lighted areas for
activities after the hour of 11:00 P. PQ, shall be by special
permit issued by the Recreation Director."
Section 2. The Director of Public Services shall cause to be erected

and maintained at the entrance to each public park and recreation facility and
at such other visible locations as may be determined necessary, uniform signs
informing the public of the hours during which said facility is open for use.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect itnnediately upon passage.
