GODE FOR THE VILLAGE, BY ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THERE1l0 THE FLORIDA NIDDEL
ENERGY EFFICIENCY CODE FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, MAY 1980 IDITION.
BE IT ORDAINID BY THE Vn TA(:F: COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIA1 BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Chapter 6 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"ARTICLE VI. ENER(~R EFFICIENCY BUILDING CODE"
"Section 6-150. ADOPTID BY REFERENCE. Under the authority
o coon on tatutes, the Village of North
Palm Beach hereby adoptes by reference thereto the Florida
Model Energy Efficiency Code, for Building Construction,
May 1980 Edition, as the energy code for the Village. There
has been for at least ten days last past and shall be during
the time that this code is in effect, three copies of such
code and recommended amends kept available for public use,
inspection and examination."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
