B}i IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}I,
' FLORIDA:
Section 1. That portion of the Northeast Quarter (NE u) of
the Northeast Quarter (NF,u) of Section 8, Township 42 South, Range 43
I;ast, Palm Beach County, Florida, lying West of the Westerly Right-of-Way
Niue of the Intracoastal Waterway as shown on Page 10 of the Florida
Inland Navigation District's Right-of-Way Map, recorded in Plat
Book 17, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and also lying
West of the Westerly Right-of-Way Line of the North Palm Beach Waterway
as shown on the Plat of Golf Course Addition No. 2 to the Village
of North Palm Beach County, Florida, is hereby placed in 7.oning
])istri.ct R-3 Apartment Dwelling District, and removed from 7,oning
District C-2 General Corrunercial District.
' Section 2. That the Village Clerk shall enter the change in
zoning set forth above on the Official Zoning Map promptly after the
amendment has been approved by the Village Council in accordance
wit}i Section 45-17 (3)(a) of the Village of North Palm Beac}i Code,
and the Mayor and Village Clerk shall sign said change as set forth
therein. The change of the official Village Zoning Map shall he
done by hatching or other appropriate means, including a redraft
by an Engineer so as to reflect the original map and the changes
thereto with all official notations thereon as determined in the
op5.ni_on of the Village Clerk.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
